14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Forge DevKit license comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If the product is not right for you, we will refund your purchase in full.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to info@reumbra.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
  2. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your order.
  3. We will confirm your refund request within 1 business day.

What Happens Next

  • Reumbra OÜ approves the refund and coordinates with Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) to process it.
  • The refund is returned via your original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
  • Your license key is deactivated upon refund.
  • Any generated artifacts (dev-skills, config files) already in your repository remain yours and continue to work.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, licenses are non-refundable. However, your generated artifacts remain functional regardless of license status - you only need an active license to run the CLI tool and receive updates.

For issues related to payment processing, double charges, or unauthorized charges, contact Lemon Squeezy directly at lemonsqueezy.com. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all Forge DevKit transactions.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content contracts. By requesting immediate delivery of the license key after purchase, you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is replaced by the 14-day money-back guarantee above, which provides equivalent protection.
